ASHLEY B. REES
Professional Clinical Counselor, MS, LPCC
Seeking help can be overwhelming and is a process that requires courage and strength. Although being vulnerable with another individual can be scary, it can also be the catalyst for growth and help us live out the most authentic version of ourselves. I am passionate about helping others live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. I practice with the belief that people are capable of more than they think and that everyone has the capacity to change. Although people may come to therapy to address a variety of concerns, the overall goal is to live a more successful life.
My approach to counseling is specifically tailored to each client’s needs. I have experience with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life-transitions, behavioral problems, communication issues, conflicts with self-esteem, grief and loss, and other varying concerns.
By providing a safe and comfortable environment, I can help you face life’s challenges directly by fostering insight and increasing self-awareness. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and look forward to our journey together! I’m available evenings and after work hours.
